What does Gottman Couple Therapy consist of? |
The Gottman Couple Therapy protocol has 2 stages: I. The assessment phase ONLINE/ZOOM or Offline: 2 couple assessment sessions (120 minutes) – both partners; 2 individual assessment sessions (50 minutes/session); 1 couple session for presenting the results and therapeutic plan (60 minutes) – both partners; During the assessment period, an online clinical assessment is also done at the Gottman Institute, which you will purchase separately based on a link you will receive from the specialist. II. The therapy phase – ONLINE/ZOOM or Offline. The number of sessions depends on the couple’s involvement and commitment to the therapeutic process. You will get an approximation of the number of sessions in the last session of the assessment phase when the results are presented. The statistical average is approximately a minimum of 16 couple therapy sessions. Therapy sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. There is also the option of Marathon COUPLE THERAPY – 16 marathon sessions, respectively 4 days of 4 consecutive sessions/day. |

Currently, we do not have direct payment contracts with medical insurance companies.
