Dr. Cezar Giosan is one of the Romanians who honor Romania over the ocean. He has a Ph.D. in Psychology at New School University in New York and worked for a long time in the Cornell University Department of Psychiatry (ranked first in the United States in terms of the quality of scientific research and patient care).
