The progressive muscle relaxation technique will help you become more aware of muscle tension caused by stress. This relaxation session includes a virtual reality journey for progressive muscle relaxation of 8 or 12 muscle groups
We start from the assumption that muscle tension is the psychological response of the body to anxiety-provoking thoughts, and that muscle relaxation blocks anxiety.
During this exercise, you will use 3D projection goggles and headphones in order to experience stimulation of all of your senses. You will be guided at all times by a psychotherapist, and while you breathe long, slow, and deep breaths, you will gradually relax each part of your body.
