- Any request for medical or psychological services for a minor must be initiated and authorized by a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable law.
The website includes age-verification mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access to services.
- Online Scheduling Restrictions
- Users must declare their age before accessing scheduling features.
- If a user indicates that they are under 18 years of age:
- the scheduling process is automatically blocked
- a dedicated informational message is displayed
- no appointment request can be submitted
These measures prevent the initiation of unauthorized or unlawful professional relationships.

Confidentiality is not absolute in cases involving minors.
Where there is a risk to a child’s life, health, or integrity, ID Therapy and its professionals have a legal obligation to take appropriate action, including notifying the competent authorities, in accordance with Romanian law.
- Mandatory Reporting
If, through any form of communication, ID Therapy becomes aware of:
- suicidal risk
- abuse or neglect
- imminent danger to a minor
there is a legal obligation to notify the competent authorities (DGASPC and/or emergency services – 112), regardless of parental consent or objection.
